To Our Existing Analog Mirrors Customers

Texas Instruments change in design status for our Analog Mirror products:

Texas Instruments has changed the status of our analog mirror product, TALP1000B, to Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND). TI does not plan on extending our analog mirror roadmap as we move more of our mirror development toward our digital micromirror device (DMD) technology. We encourage customers to consider the DMD as an alternative to our analog mirror products for their light steering and optics applications.

For existing customers in development with the analog mirror technology, TI intends to continue to manufacture the products we have in the market as long as we have customer demand and support from our supply base. Additionally, TI will continue to provide support via our E2E Community. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding this technology.
