After working for about 5 years in TI Dallas, I got an opportunity to come to TI India on a short project. It gave me the necessary impetus to make the move to India. The quality of work and the standard of living that I could get here were important factors. Having worked in TI India for a year, I experienced across the product groups knowledge and best practice sharing. There is a synergy here that is very uncommon.
