An inclusive environment creates an atmosphere where a globally diverse workforce and the contributions people of different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives bring to TI are recognized and valued.

An inclusive environment is also one where employees feel that there are no artificial barriers to their success and where all TI employees worldwide can contribute. Such an environment is important because it focuses on TI’s need for highly-effective, global teaming and trust. It enables TI to leverage global talent and thinking as a competitive business advantage.

What is Diversity?
Diversity in today’s global business environment is all the ways in which people differ. This includes the obvious differences such as race and gender, as well as differences in work styles and thoughts or ideas.
