Overview
TI has in place an alumni association and web site designed especially
for its former employees, not only to keep them linked to the company
and each other, but also to harness their power and can-do attitude.
TI's alums work together to educate, give back and spread the TI spirit
into the community. They build houses for the less fortunate, raise
much needed funds, serve as mentors - as well as dozens of other activities
- and are an integral part of the company's philosophy to improve
