TI offers a menu of health plans to employees. These include options for a PPO as well as HMO. In addition, employees have the choice of tailoring their PPO plan to meet the needs of their particular situation through a “Build Your Own” option. Health plans cover such things as preventive screenings, behavioral health, nutrition management and other wellness program options.
