| TI has on-site registered nurses experienced in case management,
occupational health management, and healthy lifestyles. They
provide resources and education to help TIers achieve optimal
well-being and performance.
They can also help employees with information regarding the
policies and procedures for the Drug-Free Workforce Program,
medical exam protocols for required surveillance exams, answers
to frequently asked questions regarding disability leave and
information related to medical audits and standards. They
manage disabilities associated with short and long term disability,
workers’ compensation, leave under the Family & Medical
Leave Act (FMLA), and any work-related or non-work-related
health issues. The OHNCs partner with the company and with
TIers in occupational health management, disability management,
and health excellence.
