About 80 percent of TI’s wafers are manufactured in-house within 15 manufacturing sites across nine countries. This internal manufacturing capability is complemented by strong partnerships with foundry and subcontractor partners to offer additional flexibility. This manufacturing strategy allows TI to dual-source many of our products, enabling us to shift production in a scalable way to address our customers’ demand. With such flexibility, we’re enhancing continuity of supply for the more than 100,000 customers we support.
Our proprietary process and packaging technologies serve as the foundation for our differentiated analog, embedded processing and DLP® products, enabling smaller sizes, faster speeds, higher precision, lower power, increased functionality and greater reliability for our customers.
Our holistic approach to quality permeates our operations − from supply chain management to process technology and design, to manufacturing, packaging and test − and we are committed to continuously improving our processes, products and services.
