Requirements
What you need to view the webcast:
Are
You Receiving "Error 28"
If you are receiving "Error #28 Server timeout. Server not responding."
and have used Real Player version 8 to view clips on an Intranet, try
the following:
1. Open Real Player
2. Click View
3. Select Preferences from the drop down list
4. Click the Transport tab
5. Under Network Transport, select Use Specified Transports
6. For both RTSP Settings and PNA Settings, select Use HTTP Only
7. Click OK
8. Close Real Player
9. Try to view the clip again.
