For TI, our employee recognition programs have improved motivation and productivity, generated job satisfaction and boosted overall organizational performance.

We discovered many years ago that when we acknowledged the value and commitment of our workforce, TIers became better connected, engaged and aligned with our company. That, in turn, encourages our talented workforce to stay with us.

TI has a global strategy in place to drive employee recognition at all levels of the company. This recognition can take the form of a salary increase, a performance bonus or stock options. It can also come in the form of a coffee mug, an iPod or a group dinner. And it can also be as simple as a heartfelt "thank you" or "good job."

At TI, we recognize and reward our employees in several ways. For more than 10 years, we have had a dedicated work team, TI Recognition Services and Events (TIRSE), on board to help managers and groups effectively celebrate our employees' hard work and achievements.
