Safety

Collaboration and sound processes are at the heart of any outstanding safety and health program. At TI, we strive to maintain a culture where people can work free of illness or injury and where each individual takes responsibility for making that possible, regardless of where they work or the role they perform.
In our drive toward zero work-related injuries and illnesses, TI works to ensure safe operations in our manufacturing and non-manufacturing sites by:
  • Complying with applicable environmental, safety and health (ESH) laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining proper safety protocols.
  • Designing and building inherently safe buildings and engineering out equipment risks.
  • Creating safe workplaces for our employees and operating our sites safely.
  • Completing relevant and required ESH training.
  • Inspecting and auditing our processes to ensure that we meet the many rigorous legal, customer and other requirements to which we are subject.

To evolve our safety culture, we encourage employees to coach one another, report incidents, and share lessons learned and best practices so future incidents can be prevented.
