At TI, we believe good corporate governance is important to our long-term success. We first created written governance guidelines in 1973 and have refined them over the years to meet the needs of the company and our shareholders. For decades, TI has also had written ethics guidance for our employees that provides counsel on topics such as bribery and corruption. We demonstrate a responsible and ethical business ethos by adhering to our own stated principles.

In this section, learn more about TI's leadership, board committees, how we strive to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations to which we are subject, and the corporate governance and ethics documents that guide our company.
