Engagement

Feeling connected and valued boosts employee performance, productivity and retention, and drives growth and innovation. That's why we are committed to building our existing employee outreach programs to better engage our global workforce. After all, our talent is what sets us apart.

Strategy and priorities
Our primary engagement objectives are to:
  • Keep employees apprised of our strategic priorities, and how they can personally contribute to business growth and success.
  • Create opportunities for executive visibility and interaction with employees.
  • Enhance leader communication and effectiveness.
  • Drive action and commitment to growth strategies.
  • Cultivate employee involvement and provide avenues for feedback.
  • Showcase our innovation, values and ethics to build employee pride.
  • Use a variety of communication methods to distribute and solicit information.
  • Empower employees to engage with company leaders and collaborate easily and effectively with their colleagues.
Our open-door policy encourages employees to bring any questions or concerns directly to their managers – and to take their concerns higher if they don't believe they have been sufficiently heard. Each business unit also has its own human resources team, whose members are available for advice or support.
