Collective bargaining

Employees at any global operation have the freedom to associate with and/or the right to collective bargaining as provided by local statute. As of 2012, sites in the U.S., Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines and India were nonunionized. In France and Germany, employees elect their representatives in local works councils according to their respective country legislation.

To convey workplace concerns and improvement opportunities, employees have multiple channels to contact internal authorities. We also periodically conduct global employee surveys and roundtable discussions during on-site visits to better understand site-specific work climates.
