2012 performance
We selected a new recognition vendor and successfully transitioned to a new software platform that is helping track and drive consistency in employee recognition at U.S. sites. We continued recognizing employees who made professional contributions during the year and gave managers a greater number of options from which to choose when rewarding employees.
Looking ahead
We will continue encouraging managers to use the new rewards and recognition program to meaningfully recognize employees' successes and contributions.
