Innovation

For more than 80 years, technological innovation has been the core of our success. Today, TI is driving game-changing technology roadmaps and products. In collaboration with our customers, industry consortia and universities, we develop differentiated products that improve how we live, work and play, today and well into the future.

Our core product lines in 2012 included:

These devices allow day-to-day use of computer technology in applications such as smartphones, personal computing, automobiles, home appliances, health care and security.
  • Embedded processing: Our embedded processors manipulate information such as sound, images and video to produce the crisp, clear sharpness we expect in today's video cameras, telecommunications devices and other multifunctional digital applications.
  • DLP® technology: Wherever visual excellence is demanded, DLP technology is the only display technology that can power the world's smallest handheld projectors, light up movie screens spanning up to 100 feet, or light the way for the next generation of medical and life-science solutions.
  • Education Technology: The TI-Nspire™ learning suite of integrated math and science products empowers teachers and students to make the most of every learning opportunity. Our graphing technology integrates multimedia content into math and science curriculums, improving student performance and empowering educators to maximize the impact of their lessons.
