Minority/Women business development

Minority and women business enterprises have delivered innovative products and services to TI for more than 20 years. We benefit by receiving creative and cost-effective solutions to our business problems. Just as importantly, TI is able to fuel economic growth and create jobs, which ultimately enhances the communities in which we work.

Although TI's minority and women business development (MWBD) efforts are primarily focused in North Texas – where our headquarters and major manufacturing facilities are located – we work to source diverse suppliers for our regional and global business units where possible.
