TI's MWBD initiative executes processes and strategies to ensure the sourcing of procurement opportunities through an inclusive supply chain model that includes certified minority- and woman-owned business enterprises (MWBEs) as potential prime (first-tier) or sub-tier suppliers. The MWBD department enables an inclusive sourcing process by seeking out capable, qualified minority- and woman-owned firms that can compete successfully for TI's business.
