2010 performance

Looking ahead

Our employees and retirees continued giving generously of their time and money to enrich the communities in which they live. And despite TI’s demanding priority to grow, employees continued to make the time to get involved. We had hoped to increase tracked U.S. volunteer hours by 25 percent during the year, and we exceeded that target (31 percent).

Volunteerism

Looking ahead

In 2011, the TI Foundation plans to introduce a volunteer match program, which will match the amount of hours an employee volunteers with a grant to the qualified organization. Details will be announced to employees in mid-2011. Our intent with this program is to recognize and encourage employees for their involvement.
