TI regularly reaches out to employees through our Diversity Network, related Web sites, newsletters, conferences, e-mails and brochures. TI's diversity director develops new diversity workshops and training sessions to address tough issues on managing and valuing diversity, and creating an inclusive environment. He also publishes "diversity tips" and writes a monthly diversity column that covers a range of contemporary issues.
Thousands of TIers have attended training programs to learn about different cultures and how perceptions may inadvertently hinder a diverse and inclusive working environment. We strive to make it safe for people to talk about diversity and to educate employees about how diversity can lead to better decisions and better business results.
