Diversity network
The TI Diversity Network (TIDN) is a team of employees representing each of the company's grassroots diversity initiatives. It provides a forum for the various initiatives to share ideas and develop educational and supportive programs, including diversity benchmarking, career development, communications, community involvement, recruiting, diversity recognition and awards, mentoring, Take our Daughters and Sons to Work Day, diversity fairs and Diversity Leadership Conferences. The initiatives are business-focused and have helped facilitate TI business opportunities in Asia, India and Latin America.
