TI founded the Diversity Connections Consortium, a networking group of corporate diversity professionals who meet quarterly to share best practices in 2006.
With 12 original member companies in North Texas – including IBM, First American, Intel, FedEx, Mary Kay Products, Lockheed Martin, Fluor Corporation and BNSF Railroad – the consortium has since expanded to 45 companies worldwide, with members in Asia, Europe and Canada.
The value to TI and other participating companies has been significant. Members of the consortium share ideas, address difficult contemporary issues, and discuss new approaches and best practices, which are helping to significantly evolve their respective inclusion programs
