TI's Chairman, President and CEO, Rich Templeton, is a visible champion of diversity. He speaks at TI's Diversity Leadership Conference, sponsors the TI Diversity Network (TIDN), speaks at employee diversity initiative events, provides budget for our diversity infrastructure, supports an inclusive environment globally and participates in our diversity recruiting efforts.

Members of the company's senior leadership team also serve as executive sponsors of employee diversity initiatives, which make up the TIDN. This relationship benefits business, but also helps expose top management to potential leaders from diverse backgrounds and gives them insight into diversity issues and opportunities.
