Energetic and productive employees help TI contain health care costs, so we empower all of our employees to embrace healthy lifestyles both at work and at home.

Our health and wellness strategy encompasses:
  • Building awareness and educating employees about healthy behavior.
  • Engaging employees through assessment, prevention and improvement programs and tools.
Our comprehensive health and wellness programs are designed to protect employees at work and help meet their unique health needs. We know that families influence each other's behavior, so we also invite employees' spouses, partners and children to participate in many of the programs.

Health and wellness program offerings vary by country depending on services provided by local governments. TI may supplement government-sponsored programs to keep our compensation packages competitive in the market. We also may customize benefits for employees of certain cultures based on common practices for the area. The programs described in this section are specific to U.S. employees only.
