TI continued recognizing employees who made professional contributions during the year. The average value of awards increased slightly compared to 2010.
Looking ahead
We plan to introduce TI's recognition programs and policies to former National Semiconductor managers and supervisors early in 2012, and complete the transition of their recognition systems to TIRSE.
We also will partner with a new recognition vendor that will offer more customizable recognition options, with more of a selection. We will take this opportunity to re-educate managers on the available recognition offerings, and encourage them to recognize great performance with great rewards.
