In our drive toward zero work-related injuries and illnesses, our company has virtually eliminated all serious injuries. TI continued in 2008 to maintain the best safety rate among participating Semiconductor Industry Association companies with full-time manufacturing capacity. Although we're recognized as an industry leader, we continually work to improve our health and safety management systems regardless of our performance.
