Working Mother rewards companies for their wide array of progressive workplace programs, including child care, flexibility, advancement and paid family leave.
"TI is honored to be included on the 100 Best Companies list," said Neisha Strambler-Butler, benefits, wellness, & work life programs manager at TI. "In today's hectic world, our goal is to create work life programs that help employees manage the demands of their careers while balancing family life. We are proud to be recognized by Working Mother again this year."

Carol Evans, president of Working Mother Media, said, "This year's 100 Best Companies are leading the way for the rest of the nation. They have created not only essential benefits, like flexible work options and telecommuting, but have also shown their commitment in new ways like elder care referral and legal assistance to help busy parents manage their personal lives as well as their careers."
The Working Mother 100 Best Companies are judged on answers to more than 500 questions on workforce representation, child care, flexibility programs, leave policies and more. It surveys the availability, usage and tracking of programs, as well as the accountability of managers who oversee them. According to Working Mother, they gave particular weight to child care, flexible scheduling options and advancement programs this year.
Profiles of the 100 Best Companies, as well as national comparisons, will be featured in the October issue of Working Mother magazine and at workingmother.com/bestcompanies.
