Whether Keith is traveling the world, mentoring at Kilby Labs India or experimenting with sports optimization, he refuses to accept the status quo. Always looking toward the future, Keith’s mind is always reeling with new ideas about how we can improve our daily lives.

He doesn’t keep his innovative thinking to himself, either. A charismatic leader, Keith tries to inspire others to think differently as well. To him, innovation is a collaborative process. He says creating a collaborative environment generates a culture where intelligence and creativity are multiplied. This environment is the secret to innovation.

In his current position as a Kilby Labs India Team Leader, Keith is trying to look at unique new ways of solving old problems. For example, his team is looking at unconventional ways to manage power more efficiently in sensor type applications.

Keith lives out adventure inside and outside of Kilby Labs India. When he’s not inspiring the next generation of innovators to change the world, you’ll find him combining his other two hobbies, athletics and travel. In fact, he’s completed a handful of marathons in exotic locations across the globe.
