Lin is not just an innovator. She is also one of the semiconductor industry’s fiercest competitors. With three patents under her belt, nothing gets in the way of Lin’s innovative spirit.

Lin has worked on a variety of products she has defined and designed all on her own account. Today Lin is investigating the use of Gallium Nitrate FETs. The new GaN driver she is working on will eventually enable high efficiency and high speed applications in emerging power. She is able to accomplish such projects in part due to her philosophy on innovation.

Lin believes innovation is about applying both technical expertise and creativity. She believes innovation is all about being curious. Continuously learning about other job functions and exploring different projects has helped her turn problems into solutions.

One thing is for sure—no matter what project Lin takes on, she is both passionate and diligent in her efforts. Even when she is painting in her free time, Lin pays attention to the finite details and overall mastery of her art.
