Membership

Each of the board committees is led by and comprised of independent directors. The chair and membership of TI's board committees are shown on the Membership page. Rich Templeton is chairman of the board, and as a management director, he does not serve on any committees.

Charters

The board has three standing committees: The charters contain the responsibilities of each committee, including specialized areas of focus and the obligation to report findings to the full board.
