2012 Investor Meetings

During 2012, TI hosted and webcast three investor meetings to help investors and analysts understand the company’s overall strategy, as well as its strategies for its Embedded Processing and Analog businesses and our execution to those strategies. The meetings included formal presentations followed by Q&A during which TI managers fielded questions from analysts and investors. A brief summary of each investor meeting follows:

• Hear TI Chairman, President and CEO Rich Templeton and TI Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kevin March provide an update on TI's overall strategy, market position and goals. The meeting was held in New York City on Thursday, May 3, 2012.
• Hear Senior Vice President Greg Delagi and his management team outline the company’s strategy for Embedded Processing, including how TI is re-profiling it investments in OMAP and connectivity to address broader market opportunities with those product lines. The meeting was held in New York City on Tuesday, September 25, 2012.
• Hear Senior Vice President Brian Crutcher and his management team describe the company’s strategies for growth in Analog, which is TI’s largest business. The meeting was held at TI’s Santa Clara, Calif., site on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
