2012 investor meetings

During 2012, TI hosted and webcast three investor meetings to help investors and analysts understand the company's overall strategy, as well as our strategies for our Embedded Processing and Analog businesses and our execution to those strategies. The meetings included formal presentations by TI managers followed by Q&A with analysts and investors. A brief summary of each investor meeting follows:

  • TI Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Rich Templeton and TI Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kevin March provided an update on TI's overall strategy, market position and goals.
    May 3, 2012 – New York City.


  • Senior Vice President Greg Delagi and his management team outlined the company’s strategy for Embedded Processing, including how TI was re-profiling its investments in OMAP™ and connectivity products to address broader market opportunities.
    September 25, 2012 – New York City.


  • Senior Vice President Brian Crutcher and his management team described the company’s strategies for growth in Analog, TI’s largest business.
    November 1, 2012 – TI’s Santa Clara, Calif. site.
