The TPA2012D2 is a high-efficiency stereo Class-D audio power amplifier designed to increase battery life for portable applications that use audio. The TPA2012D2 is ideal for small portable electronics where size and battery life are critical design parameters. The device can drive up to 2.1W into a 4-Ω load at 5V at and 600mW into an 8-Ω load at 3.6V and 10% THD+N. The fully-differential architecture provides excellent noise rejection and the 4 gain settings allowing the engineer system flexibility and reduced external component count.
