TI’s 6-MHz buck converter, TPS62601,
is the smallest 500-mA DC/DC solution on the market. It builds
extremely thin with 0.6 mm height and an ultra-small footprint
of 13 mm2, making it ideal for applications where
space limitations are critical and performance and efficiency
are required. TPS62620/1/2 is the latest family extension, offer a wider choice of preset output voltage options like 1.8V, 1.5V or 1.2V.
