Help With Your Analog Needs

Even though we're not running our design contest at your school this year, we still want to help you with your analog needs by offering you free ICs and tech support.

Free Analog ICs
We have a broad portfolio of high-performance analog ICs and want you to have easy access to the chips you need. You can order chips free through our sampling program.

Here's how:

  • Go to www.ti.com
  • In the "Find Products" section, choose the product area of interest.
  • Then find your device using the product tree on the left or the quick search tool in the middle.
  • When you have selected an IC, click on "Samples." Select any product designated as a free sample.
  • Click on "Request Free Samples." (The first time you order, you'll have to register with our my.TI system.)
  • You can order up to 8 line items and up to 5 of each item. Shipping is free.
  • Keep in mind that not every device is available for sampling, and you will find that some items available for sampling are back-ordered.

Tech Support Online Community
We’re very excited about our new, online E2E (engineer-to-engineer) community. On the TI E2E Community home page (https://community.ti.com/), you can view videos, read blogs, or access our Tech Support Forums.

When you click on the Forums link in the middle of the page, you’ll be taken to a page listing all available forums. Forums you might find particularly relevant include Low-Power RF/Zigbee® and MSP430 Microcontrollers. Browse the forums and you’ll see answers to questions others have asked, or you can post your own question and a TI engineer or forum member will answer. You can even make up a cool name for yourself and represent yourself with an interesting graphic—you’ll see guitars, cartoon characters, and just plain strange graphics representing the people active in the forum.

We don’t have forums on all of our product groups yet, so if you have a question that doesn’t fit into any of the existing categories, ask it in the General forum.
