Texas Instruments to Broadcast Its First-Quarter Analyst Conference Call on the Web

DALLAS (April 8, 2002) -- Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN) invites you to listen to its first-quarter 2002 analyst conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet at 4:30 p.m., Central Time, on Monday, April 15, 2002. Company spokespeople will include Bill Aylesworth, senior vice president and chief financial officer; Terri West, senior vice president and manager of communications and investor relations; and Ron Slaymaker, vice president and manager of investor relations.
