TI CEO Rich Templeton to Speak at Bernstein and Lehman Brothers Investor Conferences

DALLAS (May 26, 2005) -- Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) (NYSE:TXN) announced that TI President and Chief Executive Officer Rich Templeton will speak at two investor conferences in New York on Thursday, June 2, 2005.

At 10 a.m. EDT, Templeton will speak at the Sanford C. Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference, where he will discuss TI's strategy to address key markets for its DSP and analog technologies and how these capabilities position it for growth.

At 1 p.m. EDT, Templeton will deliver a luncheon keynote address at the Lehman Brothers Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference. He will discuss TI's semiconductor strategy for the wireless handsets market and how the company uses its capabilities in DSP and analog to position it for growth across a range of customers and industry standards.
