TI Corporate Signature

 

The corporate signature of Texas Instruments consists of a symbol (the State of Texas incorporating the lower case letters "ti") and logotype (typography for "Texas Instruments"). Together, they form the primary visual element of TI's corporate identity. The signature may be used under these guidelines only by press agencies and journalists publishing articles specifically about Texas Instruments and its products and services. Any use of the corporate signature outside of these guidelines is strictly prohibited. All other, non-journalistic uses, require the prior written permission of Texas Instruments.

  1. The corporate signature may only be used in close proximity to, or in obvious connection with, a published article or broadcast news story about Texas Instruments or a specific Texas Instruments product or service.


  2. The corporate signature may not be copied, distributed or used apart from the article or broadcast commentary about the company or the applicable product or service. You may not redistribute the corporate signature in hard copy or electronic form or make it available online for others to copy.


  3. The corporate signature must be used as provided by Texas Instruments with no changes. The elements, proportions and relationships never change. The corporate signature may not be distorted in perspective or appearance. Animation of the signature is not permitted. The symbol may not be used alone.


  4. To ensure its clarity and importance, adequate space must be left around the corporate signature. The minimal white or "empty" space that surrounds the corporate signature must be equal to the height of the symbol.


  5. The corporate signature may not be combined with any other object, including other logos, words or slogans, numbers, symbols, background patterns or textures, etc.


  6. No license to use the corporate signature on any product or with any service is granted by this agreement. This copy of the corporate signature carries an internal marker identifying its source as this web page. Unauthorized use of the corporate signature is a breach of this agreement and will result in an immediate demand to cease use and destroy all unauthorized copies.
