Final stages of construction continued along with systems commissioning. TI is maintaining a small staff on-site until the company decides to equip the building for operation.

March 2006

Construction completion was still set for early second quarter of 2006. Landscaping and other external finishing touches continued. Acceptance testing, inspections and punch listing of new installations continued. TI closely watched market demand to decide when the fab would become operational.

February 2006

Trailers were removed to make room for final grading and landscaping. Roofing was completed and interior finish work progressed as planned, along with completion of mechanical and electrical systems. The expected completion date was set for early in the second quarter of 2006.

January 2006

Major completion activity continued including roofing, interior finish out work and mechanical and electrical utility systems. Landscaping began to shape. We were still on target for the building to be near completion at the end of the first quarter.
