For the 13th consecutive year, Working Mother magazine included TI on its 100 Best Companies list. The companies listed are credited with promoting family-friendly programs and redefining workplace standards across the nation.

"The economy is not going to alter the commitment of TI to working mothers because they've made family-friendly policies a part of their corporate DNA," said Carol Evans, CEO of Working Mother Media. "Supporting families is a vital part of their culture and not just an added benefit."

Suzanne Riss, Working Motherís editor in chief, added, "TI knows that their investment pays for itself through employee loyalty. They realize that productivity depends as much on satisfied staffers as on smart processes. By helping employees manage their work-life demands, TI is creating a highly motivated workforce."

From flextime and telecommuting to backup child care, parental leave, and benefits for part-time employees, TI is expanding the concept of family-friendly policies to ensure their relevance for all employees.

"TI's continued inclusion on the 100 Best Companies list reflects the company's efforts to help employees manage the demands of their jobs and personal lives," said Tegwin Pulley, a TI vice president responsible for workforce development, diversity and work-life strategies.

"Our work-life programs are important to attract and retain our talented workforce. I am proud to see TI's name on this list once again," Pulley said.
