TI recognized among most admired companies
for minority professionals
In addition to the individual honors, Hispanic Engineer & Information Technology magazine also named TI among the most admired companies for minority professionals for 2007.
The listing was based on a 64-question survey of hundreds of respondents, including Hispanics, Native Americans, Asians, Blacks, and others in the fields of science, engineering, and information technology, as well as a sample group of non-technical professionals. Results indicated that strong corporate ethics, ample learning opportunities, and an excellent benefits package were the most desired characteristics in a job, painting a clear picture of what minority employees look for, and which employers are leading the way in attracting top minority talent.
