Haviv Ilan is president and chief executive officer of Texas Instruments, a role he assumed in 2023. He has been a member of the company’s board of directors since 2021.

From 2020 to 2023, Ilan served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, responsible for leading the company’s business and sales organizations, technology and manufacturing operations and information technology services.

Throughout his career at TI, Ilan has held a number of leadership roles including senior vice president and general manager of various analog businesses and vice president in TI’s Embedded Processing business, leading the wireless connectivity organization. He has also held a variety of business and engineering leadership roles across the company.

Ilan joined TI in 1999 through the acquisition of Butterfly, a wireless start-up company in Israel. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the Joint International Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University’s Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration. Ilan is a member of the Business Roundtable.

Ahmad Bahai, Ph.D, is a senior vice president and chief technology officer (CTO) of Texas Instruments responsible for guiding breakthrough innovation, corporate research and Kilby Labs.

Prior to this role, Bahai served as vice president and chief technologist, leading Kilby Labs, TI’s innovation centers focused on breakthrough technology, and innovation. Throughout his career, Bahai has held a number of leadership roles including director of research labs and chief technology officer of National Semiconductor, technical manager of a research group at Bell Laboratories and founder of Algorex, a communication and acoustic IC and system company, which was acquired by National Semiconductor.

Bahai joined TI in 2012 as part of the company’s acquisition of National Semiconductor. He holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Imperial College, University of London and a doctorate degree in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

In addition to his role at TI, Bahai is a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Professor of the Practice and an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Fellow.

Mark Gary is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Analog Power Products business.

Prior to this role, Gary served as vice president of TI’s Buck Switching Regulators business unit. He has also held a variety of roles inside the analog businesses including a variety of leadership roles in linear power, battery management solutions, and has a long history supporting the automotive market.

Gary joined TI in 1998 as a product engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Hagop Kozanian is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Analog Signal Chain business.

Prior to this role, Kozanian was senior vice president of High Volume Analog and Logic, DLP® Products and Education Technology organizations. Throughout his career, he has held a number of leadership roles, including serving as vice president of TI’s Power Switches, Interface and Lighting business, leading the analog systems engineering and marketing team, and area director of the Americas sales organization.

Kozanian joined TI in 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University. He serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation and TI’s Political Action Committee.

Shanon Leonard is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Human Resources organization.

Prior to this role, Leonard served as vice president of global compensation, benefits and human resources operations. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership positions in human resources, including leading human resources for TI’s Sales and Applications, Embedded Processing and Analog Power Products organizations, as well as business support entities.

Leonard began his career at TI in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine.

Rafael Lizardi is a senior vice president and chief financial officer of Texas Instruments.

Prior to this role, Lizardi served as the corporate controller. During his career at TI, he has held a number of leadership positions in finance and operations including controller for the company’s High Volume Analog and Logic business and the director of corporate financial planning.

Lizardi joined Texas Instruments in 2001 as part of the company’s finance development program after serving five years as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and is a certified management accountant.

In addition to his role at TI, Lizardi serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation and the Dallas Regional Chamber.

Keith Ogboenyiya is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Marketing organization.

Prior to this role, Ogboenyiya served as vice president of Systems Engineering and Marketing. He has also held several leadership roles throughout his career including vice president of TI’s Interface Products business and a number of business and marketing leadership roles in analog and embedded processing.

Ogboenyiya began his career at TI in 2002. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Morehouse College.

In addition to his role at TI, Ogboenyiya serves on the College of Engineering Advisory Board at Georgia Tech.

Krunali Patel is senior vice president and chief information officer of Texas Instruments, responsible for the Information Technology Solutions organization.

Prior to this role, Patel served as vice president of TI’s design and manufacturing IT solutions organization, leading the development and implementation of information technology strategies and roadmaps for manufacturing automation. Throughout her career, she has led businesses as well as engineering organizations.

Patel joined TI in 1996. She holds a Master of Science in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts in Indian classical dance.

Outside of TI, Patel serves on the executive board of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Mark Roberts is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Sales and Marketing organization.

Prior to this role, he served as vice president of the Americas Sales and Applications organization. He has held a variety of roles in sales and applications during his career at TI, with a deep background in automotive and industrial markets.

Roberts joined TI in 1998. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation.

Amichai Ron is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for the Embedded Processing business and DLP® Products organization.

Prior to this role, he served as the vice president and general manager of TI’s Amplifiers business. Throughout his career, he has held a number of business leadership roles in TI’s Precision Analog, High Speed Data Converters and Embedded Connectivity Solutions organizations.

Ron started his TI career in 2000. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from Tel Aviv University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Cynthia Trochu is a senior vice president, secretary, general counsel and chief compliance officer of Texas Instruments.

Prior to this role, she served as the vice president and assistant general counsel of TI managing legal support for TI’s operations in Asia and Europe, various business entities, manufacturing and procurement, as well as corporate compliance. Earlier in her career, Trochu served as senior counsel at TI in operations and in litigation.

Trochu joined TI in 1993 after working as a commercial litigator at a local law firm. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Manchester University in Indiana and a juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Law School.

In addition to her role at TI, Trochu serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation and has previously served on the campaign cabinet of the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, the board of directors at Manchester University in Indiana and chair of the audit committee of the University of Texas at Dallas.

Christine Witzsche is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments and is responsible for the company’s strategic communications, investor relations and public affairs organizations.

Prior to this role, she led TI’s corporate communications team. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of leadership roles in communications and digital marketing, supporting TI businesses and support entities.

Witzsche joined TI in 2013. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from The University of Texas at Austin.

In addition to her role at TI, Witzsche serves as vice chair of the board of the TI Foundation. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Texas.

Mohammad Yunus is a senior vice president of Texas Instruments responsible for our Technology and Manufacturing Group, which includes silicon, packaging and test technology development, as well as our global wafer fabrication, assembly and test manufacturing operations, semiconductor quality and facilities organizations.

Prior to this role, Yunus led TI’s worldwide manufacturing operations. Throughout his career, Yunus has held a variety of leadership positions within TI’s Technology and Manufacturing Group, including in the Philippines and Malaysia.

Yunus began his career at TI in 2001. He holds an integrated master’s degree in engineering technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India, and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Binghamton University, New York. In addition to his role at TI, Yunus serves as a member of the board of the TI Foundation.
