Description

smxFFS is a simple, power fail-safe flash file system for NAND and NOR flash. The smxNAND and smxNOR drivers perform wear leveling, garbage collection, and error correction and detection. It was designed to support very large flash media (up to 256TB), yet have a tiny RAM and small ROM footprint. Click the Datasheets link below for full details.
