Description

- Compandent MELPe Codec optimized for all DSP, ARM, CPU, and OS. - Compandent MELPe- Enhance Mixed-Excitation Linear Predictive (MELP) vocoder, compliant with military standard MIL-STD-3005 and NATO STANAG 4591, is a triple-rate low rate coder that operates at 2400, 1200 & 600 bps. It is scalable, multi-channel, & run-time configurable. It is a highly optimized real-time implementation, ideal for low power and low bandwidth mobile, VoIP and radio applications, running on Texas Instruments C54x, C55x, C64x, C64+, C674x, L137 and L138 processors. Blank and Burst MELPe compliant with SCIP 210.
