Solution Description & Supported Functionality

Full MELPe functionality at 2400 / 1200 / 600 bps, using serial link, and control & status LED & switches. Uses TI's C54x, c55x, and c64x processors. - Compandent MELPe Enhance Mixed-Excitation Linear Predictive (MELP) vocoder, compliant with military standard MIL-STD-3005 and NATO STANAG 4591, is a triple-rate low rate coder that operates at 2400, 1200 and 600 bps. It is scalable, multi-channel, & run-time configurable. - It is a highly optimized real-time implementation, ideal for low power and low bandwidth mobile, VoIP and radio applications, running on Texas Instruments c54x, c55x, c64x, c64+, c674x, L137 and L138 processors. Blank and Burst MELPe compliant with SCIP 210.
