7.5.2.4.1 Main Thread’s TLS Initialization

During boot up, the startup code calls the run-time support (RTS) function __TI_tls_init(NULL) to initialize the main thread’s TLS block. The RTS function initializes the main thread’s TLS if a NULL argument is passed.
