THS4521-HT – High Temperature, Very Low Power, Negative Rail Input, Rail-to-Rail Output, Differential Amp
The THS4521 is a very low-power, fully differential 210°C op amp with rail-to-rail output and an input common-mode range that includes the negative rail. This amplifier is designed for low-power data acquisition systems and high-density applications where power dissipation is a critical parameter, and provides exceptional performance in audio.

ISO7221C-HT – High Temperature Dual Channel, 1/1, 25 Mbps Digital Isolator
The ISO7221 is a 175°C dual-channel digital isolator. To facilitate PCB layout, the channels are oriented in the opposite directions. This device has a logic input and output buffer separated by TI’s silicon-dioxide (SiO2) isolation barrier, providing galvanic isolation of up to 4000 V. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, this device blocks high voltage, isolates grounds, and prevents noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.

ADS1243-HT – High Temperature Dual Channel, 1/1, 25 Mbps Digital Isolator
TheADS1243 is a precision, wide dynamic range, delta-sigma, analog-to-digital (A/D) converter with 24-bit resolution operating from 2.7V to 5.25V supplies. The delta-sigma, A/D converter provide up to 24 bits performance at 210°C and very low power.

SM320C6727B-EP – High-Performance Floating-Point Digital Signal Processor
The SM320C6727B is the next generation of Texas Instruments’ C67x™ generation of high-performance 32-/64-bit floating-point digital signal processor. It is compatible with the C67x CPU but offers significant improvements in speed, code density, and floating-point performance per clock cycle. At 300 MHz, the CPU is capable of a maximum performance of 2400 MIPS/1800 MFLOPS.

MSP430F2013-EP – 16-Bit Ultra-Low-Power Microcontroller, 2 kB Flash, 128B RAM, 16-Bit Sigma-Delta A/D, USI
The MSP430F2013 is an ultra-low-power mixed signal microcontroller with a built-in 16-bit timer and ten I/O pins. In addition, the MSP430F2013 has a built-in communication capability using synchronous protocols (SPI or I2C) and a 16-bit sigma-delta A/D converter.

The TPS2041B power-distribution switch is intended for applications where heavy capacitive loads and short circuits are likely to be encountered. This device incorporates 70-mΩ N-channel MOSFET power switches for power-distribution systems that require multiple power switches in a single package.

TMP422-EP – Enhanced Product ±1°C Remote and Local Temperature Sensor
The TMP422 is a remote temperature sensor monitor with a built-in local temperature sensor. The remote temperature sensor diode-connected transistors are typically low-cost, NPN- or PNP-type transistors or diodes that are an integral part of microcontrollers, microprocessors, or FPGAs. Remote accuracy is ±1°C for multiple IC manufacturers, with no calibration needed.

LMP2012QML – Dual Channel Power Driver
The LMP2012 offers unprecedented accuracy and stability. This device utilizes patented techniques to measure and continually correct the input offset error voltage. The result is an amplifier which is ultra stable over time and temperature. It has excellent CMRR and PSRR ratings, and does not exhibit the familiar 1/f voltage and current noise increase that plagues traditional amplifiers. The combination of the LMP2012 characteristics makes it a good choice for transducer amplifiers, high gain configurations, ADC buffer amplifiers, DAC I-V conversion, and any other 2.7V-5V application requiring precision and long term stability.

SMJ320C6701-SP – Rad-tolerant QMLV 140 Mhz Floating Point DSP
The SMJ320C67x DSPs are the floating-point DSP family in the SMJ320C6000 platform. The SMJ320C6701 (’C6701) device is based on the high-performance, advanced VelociTI™ very-long-instruction-word (VLIW) architecture developed by Texas Instruments (TI), making this DSP an excellent choice for multichannel and multifunction applications. With performance of up to 1 giga floating-point operations per second (GFLOPS) at a clock rate of 140 MHz, the ’C6701 offers cost-effective solutions to high-performance DSP programming challenges. The ’C6701 DSP possesses the operational flexibility of high-speed controllers and the numerical capability of array processors. This processor has 32 general-purpose registers of 32-bit word length and eight highly independent functional units.

UC1625-SP – Class-V Brushless DC Motor Controller
The UC1625 motor controller integrates most of the functions required for high-performance brushless dc motor control into one package. When coupled with external power MOSFETs or Darlingtons, this device performs fixed-frequency PWM motor control in either voltage or current mode while implementing closed loop speed control and braking with smart noise rejection, safe direction reversal, and cross-conduction protection.
