Dual-channel, 11-Bit, 250-MSPS ADC with DDR LVDS and parallel CMOS output
The ADS62P19 is part of a family of dual-channel, 11/12/14-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) with sampling rates up to 250 MSPS. The device combines high dynamic performance and low power consumption in a compact QFN-64 package. This functionality makes the device well-suited for multi-carrier, wide-bandwidth communication applications.

Interface

4242-VPK small-footprint and low-power, triple-channel digital isolators
The ISO7131 provides galvanic isolation up to 2500 VRMS for one minute per UL and 4242 VPK per VDE. ISO7131 has three channels with two forward and one reverse-direction channels. These devices are capable of 50 Mbps maximum data rate with 5V supplies and 40Mbps maximum data rate with 3.3V or 2.7V supplies, with integrated filters on the inputs for noise-prone applications. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.

x1 PCIe to 1394b OHCI host controller
The XIO2213B is a PCIe-to-PCI translation bridge, where the PCI bus interface is internally connected to a 1394b open host controller/link-layer controller with a 3-port 1394b PHY. The PCIe-to-PCI translation bridge is fully compatible with the PCI Express to PCI/PCI-X Bridge Specification, Revision 1.0. Also, the bridge supports the standard PCI-to-PCI bridge programming model. The 1394b OHCI controller function is fully compatible with IEEE Std 1394b and the latest 1394 Open Host Controller Interface (OHCI) Specification.

12-channel, 1:2 MUX/DEMUX with1.8V-compatible control and power-down mode
The TS3DV642 is a 12-channel 1:2 or 2:1 bi-directional multiplexer/demultiplexer. The TS3DV642 operates from a 2.6 to 4.5 V supply, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It offers low and flat ON-state resistance as well as low I/O capacitance, which allow it to achieve a typical bandwidth of up to 7.5 GHz. The device provides the high bandwidth necessary for HDMI and DisplayPort applications. The TS3DV642 offers a power-down mode, in which all channels become high-Z and the device operates with minimal power.

Power Management

36-V hotswap controller with digital power monitoring
The TPS2482 and TPS2483 provide hotswap control and precision monitoring for 9-V to 36-V applications. Accurate voltage, current, and power monitoring is provided by a 16-bit A/D converter with a serial interface that is compatible with I2C and SMBus. Voltage and current measurements are interleaved and multiplied internally to provide concurrent power calculations. These devices have high current monitoring accuracy over temperature and a broad load range. This makes them well suited for applications where load identity and health is determined by current profile, such as remote radio heads or cellular antennae.

Dual-channel, push-button controller with configurable delay time
The TPS3420, TPS3421, and TPS3422 (TPS342x) are low-current, ultrasmall, push-button reset timers. These devices use a long timing setup delay to provide the intended system reset, and avoid resets from short push-button closures or key presses. This reset configuration also allows for differentiation between software interrupts and hard system resets.

Low-power, dual-voltage detector in small µSON package
The TPS3779 and TPS3780 are a family of two-channel voltage detectors with low-power and high-accuracy comparators, available in a very small µSON package. The SENSE1 and SENSE2 inputs include a built-in hysteresis for filtering to reject brief glitches, thereby ensuring stable output operation without false triggering. This family offers different factory-set hysteresis options of 0.5%, 1%, 5%, or 10%.

The TPS65090 provides high efficiency over the full load range from 100nA to 500mA. It offers multi-power rails and complete solution for the system. The bq20z40 SBS-compliant gas gauge and protection IC, incorporating patented Impedance Track™ technology, is designed for battery-pack or in-system installation. The bq20z40 measures and maintains an accurate record of available charge in Li-ion or Li-polymer batteries using its integrated high-performance analog peripherals. The bq20z40 monitors capacity change, battery impedance, open-circuit voltage, and other critical parameters of the battery pack, and reports the information to the system host controller over a serial-communication bus.

The bq27421-G1 uses the patented Impedance Track™ algorithm for fuel gauging, and provides information such as remaining battery capacity (mAh), state-of-charge (%), and battery voltage (mV).

High-efficiency, dual-string white LED driver
The LM3630A is a current-mode boost converter that supplies the power and controls the current in up to two strings of 10 LEDs per string. Programming is done over an I2C-compatible interface. The maximum LED current is adjustable from 5 mA to 28.5 mA. At any given maximum LED current the LED brightness is further adjusted with 256 exponential or linear dimming steps. Additionally, pulsed width modulation (PWM) brightness control can be enabled allowing for LED current adjustment by a logic level PWM signal.

The UCC2752x family of devices are dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver devices capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. Using a design that inherently minimizes shoot-through current, UCC2752x is capable of delivering high-peak current pulses of up to 5-A source and 5-A sink into capacitive loads along with rail-to-rail drive capability and extremely small propagation delay typically 17 ns.
