codecs for DM642 through the ASP Program. We have a proven expertise in

ATEME’s software system:
EASEE*
To enable customer to benefit from the easiness of development and fasten
time-to-market as much as possible on DaVinci, ATEME has conceived an
Audio/Video Software System for both DSP and ARM.
This Software System running on Linux resolves all lip synch issues and
answers the need for streaming and containers.
“With DaVinci technology, TI has combined the performance of a DSP with
the open structure of an ARM, running Linux, to deliver a flexible SoC
optimized for video applications”, said Marc Guillaumet, Business Unit
Manager. “Thanks to our experience on audio/video systems on DSP, we have
taken the full benefits of this architecture to build a rich and flexible
software solution as user-friendly as a PC”.
This Software System, based on the GStreamer core, enables an even faster
development for any type of demanding Audio/Video applications.
A set of plug-ins for all codecs is available, enabling to change codec
and add video containers in a very simple manner.
