Description:
As a Senior Production Test Engineer in TI Low Power Wireless you
will participate in the establishment of a new production test group
at the LPW headquarters in Oslo. You will be working in close
cooperation with design and bench test teams in one of the strongest
environments for RFIC design and test in the world. You will be
assigned to challenging tasks in production test development for new
RFIC products. You will also be working with characterization teams
to aid in the characterization of new LPW products before release.
You will also:

Work with design engineers to ensure and define testability for
new products.

In cooperation with RFIC designers, write test plans for new
products.

Develop both hardware and software for TI proprietary production
ATE platforms (VLCT).

Be closely involved in device qualification including silicon and
package qualification

Develop documentation for test procedures and test methods,
release the test package (HW/SW) to production, and train
production personnel at the A/T site on all sustaining activities
related to the test system.

Work on production test time reduction and yield improvements.
Qualifications:
•
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical
Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent with strong
results
•
Good SW programming skills (C, Pascal)
•
3+ years of experience in using automated production test equipment
(ATE) for analog/mixed signal testing
•
Experience in using RF measuring instruments preferred
•
A genuine interest in production test methods and equipment is
required
•
PCB design experience preferred.
