Primary Responsibilities:

As part of the new product development team you are responsible to work out state of the art test solutions for DCDC converter products. This function includes the development of the ATE test concept, test hardware and test software and finally the verification and characterization of the IC. You interface with design, process, manufacturing, quality and marketing engineers as the product moves to production release.

Supporting & secondary responsibilities:

During production ramp-up productivity and yield improvement need your attention. On demand you will be involved in solving customer problems and supporting manufacturing organizations.

Qualifications:

Technical abilities:

For a thorough design verification of the IC you need a basic knowledge of analog circuits and measurement techniques.

Team & people skills

This position requires interaction with several functional groups like design, marketing and manufacturing. Good English skills give you the ability to communicate efficiently with international team members and support groups.

Additional skills and experience

You are familiar with semiconductor technology and/or semiconductor test systems (ATE).

Expectations

As the ideal candidate you have a degree in electrical engineering. After the introduction phase you will be capable to autonomously create and verify test solutions for portable power products.
