 The Third European DSP Education and Research Conference is a unique event for DSP Educators, Researchers, and Third-Party Developers from around the world to share advances in the field of digital signal processing. The feedback from the 1998 Conference was outstanding: 199 delegates attended from 32 countries, and they strongly recommended that TI should repeat the event! Therefore, we are pleased to announce that the Third European DSP Education and Research Conference will be held at the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique (ESIEE), Noisy le Grand, Paris, on the 20th & 21st September 2000. The 3rd European DSP Education & Research Conference is also supported by TechOnLine, the premier destination for online education, information and resources for the engineering community worldwide".
